At EvolveUpStart, we want you to feel confident when you join our programs. We've built this refund policy to be straightforward and fair.

Our budget literacy courses run online, and we've designed our refund process to respect both your time and ours. Below you'll find everything about when refunds apply, how the process works, and what timelines to expect.

Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method

When You Can Request a Refund

We understand that circumstances change. You're eligible for a full refund if you meet these conditions:

  • You submit your request within 14 days of your initial purchase date
  • You've accessed less than 20% of the total course materials
  • You haven't downloaded course resources or completed any assessments
  • Your account shows no certificate generation attempts

Situations Where Refunds Don't Apply

There are some scenarios where we can't offer refunds. These include:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • Completion of 20% or more of course content
  • Promotional or discounted enrollments during special sales periods
  • Bundle packages where individual courses have been accessed
  • Programs where you've already received a certificate of completion

Special Note on Bundle Programs

If you purchased a bundle package and accessed any single course beyond the 20% threshold, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable. We treat bundles as single products for this reason.

How to Request Your Refund

The refund process is simple. Just follow these steps and we'll take care of the rest:

Step 1: Send Your Request

Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, order number, and purchase date.

Step 2: We Review

Our team checks your account activity and confirms eligibility within 2 business days. You'll receive an email update either way.

Step 3: Approval & Processing

Once approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method. This takes 10 business days maximum.

Step 4: Confirmation

You'll receive final confirmation when the refund completes. Your account access ends at this point.

What Information We Need

To speed things up, include these details in your refund request:

  • Your registered email address on the EvolveUpStart account
  • Order confirmation number from your purchase receipt
  • Brief explanation of why you're requesting the refund
  • Preferred contact method for follow-up questions

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refunds always go back to your original payment method. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:

Credit & Debit Cards

Most card refunds appear within 5-10 business days. Sometimes your bank needs extra time to process, but you'll see it reflected in your statement once they complete their end. We send the refund immediately after approval.

PayPal & Digital Wallets

Digital payment platforms typically process faster. Expect your refund within 3-7 business days. You'll get a notification directly from your payment provider when the funds arrive.

Bank Transfers

For direct bank transfers, we need your banking details to complete the refund. This method takes the longest at around 10-15 business days because of inter-bank processing requirements.

Currency Fluctuations

If you paid in a currency different from Thai Baht, your refund amount might vary slightly due to exchange rate changes between purchase and refund dates. We refund the exact amount we received, but your bank's conversion rates may differ.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experienced technical problems that prevented you from accessing course content, contact us right away. We'll investigate and may grant an exception to the standard policy if the issue was on our end. Document the problem with screenshots when possible.

Medical or Personal Emergencies

Life happens, and we get that. If you face a serious medical situation or personal emergency that prevents you from continuing, reach out to our team. We review these cases individually and often can find a solution like course access extension instead of a refund.

Course Not as Described

We work hard to accurately represent our courses. But if you feel the program content doesn't match what we advertised, tell us specifically what's missing or different. We take this seriously and will review your concern thoroughly.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidentally bought the same course twice? This one's easy. Just email us with both transaction IDs and we'll refund the duplicate immediately. No questions asked and no waiting period applies here.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund processes, a few things change automatically:

  • Your course access ends immediately when the refund completes
  • All downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices
  • You won't receive future course updates or additional resources
  • Any certificates earned become invalid and must not be used
  • Community forum access ends within 24 hours

Re-Enrollment

Changed your mind? You can re-enroll in the same course later, but you'll pay the current listed price. Previous discounts or promotional rates won't apply. Your learning progress doesn't carry over, and you'll start fresh.
